Position Overview
Responsibilities - Understand existing campaigns & offers and consult with product teams to implement new offers for experimentation
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of contextual marketing campaigns
- Drive initiatives to improve efficiency of campaign execution
- Manage volume and complexity of campaign execution to various customer segments across different channels, be it batch or event triggered
- Improve existing processes and usage of campaign tools
- Track timeliness and accuracy of campaign execution
- Troubleshoot and investigate customer issues related to blasted campaigns
- Provide support for campaign response tracking
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related majors
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role
- Business analytics or data analytics exposure is good to have
