FUNCTION: cook, serve and maintain kitchen for rental groups throughout the off season.


Responsibilities


+ Cooks and prepares meals depending on the needs of the group- bake, fry, slice, washing and peeling vegetables, storing food, food prep, and maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
