Responsibilities

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests. Set tables, answer menu questions, communicate with the kitchen about wait times, re‑cook orders, product availability, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests, record transactions, check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, maintain cleanliness of work areas, complete closing duties, and present checks to guests and process payment.
