About the Role:
This is a fast-paced, rewarding role within an established and supportive operations team where you’ll make a real difference. You’ll support customers via phone and email—often during stressful or urgent situations—helping to resolve issues calmly, professionally and efficiently.
You’ll be fully trained on our systems and processes, enabling you to confidently respond to alerts, manage vehicle theft reports, and coordinate emergency and breakdown support.
