Black Sash is seeking an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Consultant to design a practical, organisation-wide Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning (PMERL) system.

Responsibilities

The consultant will support the development of strategic indicators, an integrated PMERL framework, user‑friendly tools and templates, and a simple dashboard to help track organisational impact over the 2026–2031 strategic period.

Qualifications

We are looking for a consultant with strong experience in rights‑based or social justice organisations, and a proven ability to design practical, accessible M&E systems that can be sustained by staff.
