Call & Chat (Conversational Banking)

In this role, you lead the development and continuous improvement of chat and call journeys for millions of customers. You work closely with Dev/Ops teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant and customer‑centric solutions, including the responsible use of GenAI.
What you'll do
- Own and improve chat and call journeys (CSAT driven)
- Develop scalable conversational solutions across channels

What you bring
- 4-6 years' experience in Customer Journey, CX or Product roles
