Position Overview
Call Centre Supervisors (2 months contract) Working Days: 5 days across Monday - Sunday
Responsibilities - Supervise a team of call centre agents
- Manage and arrange household field interviews
- Provide specialized subject specific trainings/guidance to team members
- Conduct personal visit to respondents when required
- Provide administrative support to customer experience officers
- Ensure highest level of customer experience
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Qualifications - At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a call centre environment
- Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Willing and able to persuade respondents to participate in surveys
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
