Call Centre Operative and Dispatcher

We are currently recruiting for a friendly, hardworking call centre agents and dispatchers to work within our busy 24 hour Customer Contact Centre in Writtle, Chelmsford (CM1 3ST). This role will require flexibility to work across a range of shift patterns which will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays to cover our hours to meet 24/7 demand.

This is the ideal role for someone with a passion for customer service, who is comfortable within a fast-paced environment, and who has the personality to complete sales and promote our brand positively.
