As a Call Centre Operator, you'll be the first point of contact in the company for our customers to provide great customer experience.

• Receive inquiries and ambulance bookings from customers via our hotline.
• Responsible for triaging the calls, providing basic advice, answering customer inquiries, and quoting prices.
• Plan the ambulance teams’ daily job roster, work schedule, allocate the job to the most suitable ambulance team and dispatch the team.
• Coordinate and manage 25 to 30 ambulance fleets daily, fast and accurate in despatching assignments by WhatsApp, Digital Apps, and phone calls.
• Maintain proper records of the jobs dispatched to ambulance teams.
• Constantly monitoring the progress of the ambulance teams by looking at the GPS.
