Up till $2600 basic + $50 shift allowance + monthly commission (Gross salary can be at least $3000 and above)

• Monday to Thursday (9am to 7pm,10am to 8pm, 11am to 9pm) depending on roster
• Will only be entitled for $50 shift allowance upon completion of working timing on 10am to 8pm or 11am to 9pm for two weeks
• Friday (9am to 6pm)

Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in a call centre environment

Communicate and explain breakdown of amount payable to customers in detail.

Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely action is taken to achieve collection targets on behalf of clients from the Banks, Telcom Support Service Providers and Commercial Clients.

Negotiate with customers on repayment amount and payment dates, where applicable.
