Position Overview
**Call Center/Customer Service**
Will serve as a first point of contact for voters by answering incoming calls and providing accurate, non-partisan information regarding voter registration and the election process. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
**Pay rate:** $19.00/hour
**Schedule:**
+ Monday–Friday, hours of business are 7am to 7pm, flexible schedule
+ 10 hour days
+ Could roll into weekends
+ Must be willing to work overtime with little to no notice
