We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to join an onsite team in Blue, Bell Pennsylvania. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with customers through high-volume outbound calling. In this role, you will support a life insurance settlement program while delivering attentive service and maintaining accurate records. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
• Place a high volume of outbound calls to individuals participating in the life insurance settlement program.
• Provide clear, courteous, and attentive assistance while addressing customer questions and concerns.
