Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls/pre-qualified leads looking for debt relief.
• Assess clients’ financial situations empathetically and explain the benefits of the legal debt review process.
• Guide clients through the onboarding and application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected accurately.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
• Adhere to strict National Credit Regulator (NCR) guidelines and compliance standards.
