Travel & Hospitality Specialist (GDS – Sabre Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Handle travel bookings, itinerary changes, and cancellations using GDS platforms (Sabre preferred)
- Provide accurate fare quotes, ticketing, and reissuance support
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Ensure compliance with airline and travel policies
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience using GDS (Sabre is a strong advantage)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Background in travel, hospitality, or call center is preferred
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Taguig
