Job Responsibilities : Handling both inbound and outbound calls Effective counselling of the student and the parents. Guiding the students according to their area of interest. Complete knowledge of the admission process Engaging the students, their parents and MSF members, for coming up with a solution, if the student faces some issue, together help the student Regular follow ups and Daily update of enquiry list with remarks and ensure student conversion. Centre tour to prospective students and parents Help in conducting activities in and outside the office premises related to student enrollment Maintain records on a regular basis. Proper filing and documentation of the enrolled candidates Share reports as per agreed TAT Error free data, ensure correctness of the records Ensure front desk is tidy;
