Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and/or outbound customer interactions professionally
• Provide accurate and effective solutions to customer needs
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Follow company processes and meet quality and performance standards
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High School Graduate or higher
• No prior BPO experience required (training provided)
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cyberwest, Quezon City
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
