Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and/or outbound customer interactions professionally
- Provide accurate and effective solutions to customer needs
- Maintain and update customer records in the system
- Follow company processes and meet quality and performance standards
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- High School Graduate or higher
- No prior BPO experience required (training provided)
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cyberwest, Quezon City
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
