Qualifications & experience
· Minimum SPM (higher education is an advantage).
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Able to speak and write Bahasa Malaysia and English (additional language will be an added advantage).
· No experience needed (experience in collections, credit control, or customer service will be an added advantage).
· Good communication and negotiation skills.
· Able to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Basic computer skills.
· Able to work independently and in a team.
Tasks & responsibilities
· Contact customers with overdue payments to arrange settlements.
· Work with related teams to ensure timely collection.
· Negotiate repayment solutions with customers in arrears.
· Monitor overdue accounts and follow up promptly.
