Job Description
We are looking for Technical Customer Service Representatives to troubleshoot and support clients experiencing technical issues, providing clear solutions and professional guidance.
Responsibilities:
Handle technical inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Troubleshoot software, hardware, or connectivity issues
Guide clients with step-by-step solutions
Document issues and resolutions accurately
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical support
Meet service quality and productivity targets
Schedule & Training:
Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid technical training provided
Requirements:
At least High School or Senior High School graduate
Strong English and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused and analytical
Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
Willingness to work onsite in Metro Manila
