We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agents for Voice and Non-Voice accounts. The role involves assisting customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent customer service through phone, email, or chat support channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries, billing concerns, account updates, and technical issues
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction
