Call Center Agent

Vacancy located in 6900 Lugano (TI). Immediate start, permanent. Full time (100%). Shift work: Sunday, holiday, night, weekend. , 2 days rest.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction during all customer care activities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
• Availability for shift work , Monday–Sunday, holidays, two days rest.
• Good knowledge of Italian and German, spoken and written (C1).
• Knowledge of English and/or French is preferred.
• Attitude to confidentiality, flexibility, precision.
• Predisposition for interpersonal contact, communication, teamwork.
