Responsibilities & Duties:
1. Greets & takes customer orders with appropriate friendly telephone manner
2. Provides exceptional customer service
3. Receives and reports any customer complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications and Skills:
β’ High school diploma or equivalent
β’ Proficient in relevant computer applications
β’ Fluent in English is a must
β’ Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
β’ Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
β’ Good Arabic and English typing skills
β’ Good language skills (Arabic, English)
