Job Description:
Planning & Coordination
- Develop and manage the schedule for tool calibration, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Liaise with external vendors to coordinate calibration, repair, and replacement services.
- Communicate effectively with department managers and team members to facilitate the timely exchange of tools.
- Prepare all necessary shipping documents and package tools for shipment to vendors.
- Actively participate in team meetings to report on calibration status and help improve processes.
System & Data Management
- Utilize SAP to manage work orders, track equipment status, and process tool movements in the system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Google Drive, including calibration tracking sheets, inventory lists, and service reports.
