In this position, reporting to the Senior Manager of HSE & Human Resources, you will play an essential role in managing the HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance on recruitment strategies, performance management, and onboarding while assisting with employment contracts and employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle employee information with discretion
• Provide HR consultation on various matters
• Be the first point of contact for HR/Payroll questions
• Interpret and implement HR policies effectively
• Facilitate onboarding for new employees
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in HR or related field
• 3-5 years in HR Advisor/Generalist roles
