Position Overview
Job description:
1. Responsible for preliminary screening of personnel resumes, invitation and interview arrangement of candidates, follow-up of interview results, and communication with candidates on recruitment and entry;
2. Responsible for the signing and management of labor contracts and related agreements, and handling the procedures of employee entry, regular transfer, renewal, post transfer and dimission;
3. Responsible for labor supplier management, employee relations and labor dispute settlement;
4. Communicated with third-party human resources on monthly payroll accounting of dispatched personnel; Ensure the regular payment of monthly salaries;
5. Responsible for administrative logistics, consumables procurement, staff catering order, garbage disposal, account verification, etc.
