- Dept. Training Organization
- Office Admin
- Dept. Activities arrangement (Support Dept. /Section Manage for Dept. Culture Build Up)
- Dept. Document Control (Archive Documents according to requirement and fitting for Bosch Rules)
Qualifications
- Finance Education background as plus, ~4 years working experience
- Fluent English both in talk and writing.
- Fast Learner and curiosity for new things like AI, Smart Office tools.
- Multi-Task Skills and Have timely response for tasks assigned (Must)
- Good Memory to keep in mind important events / Milestone
- Good at Micro-Office PPT, PBI…etc.
- Preferred: assistant /admin experience
