Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle accounting operations, including routine bookkeeping, voucher review, and account reconciliation;
2. Manage the general ledger system and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies;
3. File taxes on time (VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, etc.) and coordinate tax audits, inspections, and related matters;
4. Manage accounts receivable/payable, monitor cash flow, and support cost control;
5. Assist with budget preparation and control, and produce financial analysis and other financial reports;
6. Maintain relationships with banks and coordinate the preparation and submission of materials for treasury/financing matters;
7. Work with external auditors to complete the annual audit and compliance reviews, and respond to examinations by external regulatory authorities;
8. Perform other tasks assigned by management.
