Position Overview
Front of House Captain / Supervisor (Cafe) Location: Islandwide
Salary: $2,500 – $3,300
Working Days: 5 days/week (including weekends & PH)
Benefits - Annual Leave – Captain: 9 days (up to 14 days)
- Annual Leave – Supervisor: 14 days (up to 21 days)
- Birthday Leave – 1 day
- Paid Sabbatical Leave – 20 days after 5 years

Working Hours - Shift hours between 10am – 10pm
- Average 55 hours/week including OT
- OT expected during initial opening period as café operations stabilise
