Job Description
As a CADD Tech, you will work with a site/civil engineering team designing Land Development projects including mixeduse developments, townhomes, single-family, multi-family residential subdivisions, and commercial projects.
Areas of Responsibilities:
• Prepares zoning plans for submittal to government agencies and municipalities
• Works with the designer in developing construction plans
• Prepares drainage, grading, and roadway plans
• Prepares conceptual site layouts
• Updates plans with notes and legal descriptions
• Identify, troubleshoot, and suggest solutions to problems to complete the project
