Position Overview

We are seeking a CAD Manager – Bridge with strong people leadership capabilities and deep experience in bridge and transportation infrastructure projects to support our growing teams. This role is critical in driving technical excellence, digital delivery, and team development across bridge design projects while aligning with TYLin’s commitment to quality, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in the preparation of 2D and 3D bridge layout models (references) and sheets (contract documents).
• Conduct QA/QC on red‑line changes to contract drawings.
• Supervise the development of bridge plans (structural and civil) including general layouts, foundation plans, concrete details, steel details, cross sections, reinforcing details, utility plans, and exhibits.
