Experience in BIW (Body-in-White) Design of Structures such as Underbody / Front End Structure.Understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling and stamping requirements and assembly sequences of BIW and Closures.Relevant experience in AL-PL layout, Master Sections, Vehicle Integration, Vehicle Packaging, Concept creation and assembly processes of various parts.Knowledge of relevant Regulations & Homologation requirements.Good knowledge and hands-on experience of GD&T for CAD models and drawings.
