This role focuses on creating high-quality CAD designs that support the development and fabrication of advanced stellarator fusion technologies. The CAD Designer works closely with engineers and scientists to produce precise 3D models and technical drawings that enable complex mechanical systems to be integrated, manufactured, and assembled effectively.
Responsibilities

+ Translate mechanical design requirements into integrated 3D configuration models that accurately represent complex stellarator systems.

+ Develop and define interfaces between and among stellarator subsystems, identifying and resolving any design conflicts or interferences.

+ Create accurate and detailed CAD models based on provided specifications, design inputs, and engineering requirements.
