Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Cable Tray Welder- 1st Shift at our location in Sherman, TX. The core hours are 6:00am to 2:00pm. The rate for this position is $22.71 per hour. **What you’ll do:**

+ Operate production equipment specifically for the welding and fabrication of products.
+ Set up, understand and proficiently operate all welding equipment.
+ Troubleshoot various and appropriate machine problems.
+ ID and tag shop orders with the product. Retrieve/enter data into the system.
+ Ensure quality and proper documentation on all parts.
+ Maintain components and supplies as required to operate efficiently.
+ Weld components based on print specifications.
+ Perform 5S & Continuous Improvement activities.
