**Description:**
You will be the C130J Flight line Associate Manager - Level 4 for the Flight Line Operations team which is responsible for leading production flight testing and flight and delivery operations on the C‑130 program.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the C130J Flight line Associate Manager - Level 4 you will be responsible for driving staffing, cost, schedule, and quality performance while fostering a culture of accountability across all shifts.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Manage Flight Line team staffing, cost, schedule, and quality metrics to meet program objectives.
+ Apply accountability tools and concepts to ensure clear communication and seamless handoffs between shifts.
+ Implement and champion the Aircraft Manufacturing System (AMS), motivating the team to adopt best practices.
+ Prepare and deliver briefings to multiple levels of internal leadership and the customer on program status.
