What you’ll do:

Reporting to the C-Store Division Manager, you will -

Manage the C-Store/Gas Bar Site, ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations. Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and image standards. Lead store team positively and engagingly, providing day-to-day direction and guidance to team members. Provide direction, leadership, coaching, training/development, and oversee recruitment. Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors.
