To carry out, verify and document all standing supervision and inspection of C&S works to ensure the quality of construction works complying with drawings, specifications, method statement and other requirements as stated in the contract documents.
To vet through all drawings and specifications and report any discrepancies found and highlight any potential clashes or deviation at site.
To assist in coordination of C&S works with other trades including attending site meeting and coordination meeting with other trades.
To supervise the progress of C&S works.
To monitor the quality control and assurance at site for all C&S works.
To report on unsafe practice by the contractor and ensure all the C&S works carried out by the contractor complies to Client’s SOP including HSE matters.
