Position Overview
Responsibilities - Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleaning standards are met.
- Inspect patient rooms, public areas, equipment and ensure timely follow-up of cleaning tasks.
- Supervise and guide housekeeping staff and conduct training where required.
- Monitor work schedules, manpower deployment and project cleaning activities.
- Support quality assurance initiatives, inventory control and vendor performance.
- Provide updates and reports to the management team.
- Assist in planning, rostering and administrative duties.
- Conduct staff meetings and support departmental improvement initiatives.
Qualifications - Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or any other discipline with relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality/housekeeping.
