Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Re-engineer and optimize existing code to improve performance and maintainability. Utilize ASP.NET and C# for developing and integrating additional functionalities. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
