Integrate Buying & Planning Team by driving strategies and tactics to establish the optimum commercial cross channel assortment for related brands/regions, whilst maximizing the financial plan and respecting the category/brand objectives and direction. Leading teams and shaping department vision will be key for the individual to succeed in this role.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Individual accountabilities Define brand assortment & pricing strategy Coordinate team operations and seasonal calendar/milestones Partner with business stakeholders to generate synergies and ensure strategy alignment Track business performance weekly (SI, SO, GM,…) Benchmark decisions against competition & broader market landscape Ensure cross channel alignment and build segmentation strategy Define seasonal assortment needs upfront & share with Global Merchandising teams Lead investment reviews with senior management and key seasonal milestones Prepare & pre...
