Position Overview
Source services and materials for all Singapore functions in co-operation with procurement. Run procurement process in co-operation with Singapore departments from supplier identification to purchase order and material receiving. Participate in commercial negotiations with material and service providers. Arrange expediting of critical orders. Maintain list for preferred suppliers and negotiate frame contracts with selected suppliers. Arrange archiving of contracts and other commercial documents. Optimise vendor base and continue to look for competitive and reliable source. Identify opportunity that can add value and generate cost optimisation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Hands on experience in using SAP. Hold a valid residential status to work in Singapore. Candidate must be willing to work for 12 months contract
