CAREER OPPORTUNITY – REDDITCH BASED, RESIDENTIAL GROUNDWORKS CONTRACTOR LOOKING TO ADD A BUYER / SENIOR BUYER TO THEIR EXPANDING TEAM, VERY BUSY WITH UPCOMMING PROJECTS.

Duties:

-Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services required for projects.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
-Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to achieve cost-effective deals.
-Monitor and analyse market trends to anticipate changes in material costs and availability.
-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
