Position Overview
Requirement:
Purchase materials, components and equipment as per PR order Negotaite or localise with supplier on pricing, rework cost and minimise expediting cost and purchase price variance Improve cycle time through negotiation with suppliers Ensure timely PO execution and address all issues with supplier to ensure accuracy in items' quality, capacity, materials issues Ensure smooth on-time delivery Ensure accuracy and timeliness of claims from suppliers on various projects Timely review and execute on ECN and ECO changes Liaise with inter-departments and develop actions to minimise excess inventory, quality reviews, action follow up Improve inventory turns Quarterly review of safety stock to ensure an optimal balance of supply vs inventory turns Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Supplu Chain Management/ Logistics Min 3 to 5 years of relat...
