Position Overview
The Buyer for Body (or Interior) Direct Material Components will support buying for Stellantis programs globally, and with focus on products in North America.
The core responsibilities of this position are the development, ownership, and execution of full lifecycle commodity strategies which include but are not limited to:
Lead Buyer for key Component suppliersCoordinate and manage open issues, lead and execute business plan, and serve as escalation point to drive issue closureServe as the lead for Commodity Components coordinating global sourcing's, benchmarking and commodity strategy executionCoordinate and execute commercial pricing agreements and detailed price breakdowns that will be used across all programs and suppliersManage and/or support complex supply and capacity issuesFrequent professional communication with senior leadership is expectedBasic Qualifications:
