We are looking for an Onboarding Support Agent to join our client's team and assist newly registered buyers in successfully navigating their online auction platform.

Our client operates a B2B marketplace for car dealers, connecting vendors who provide used vehicles with buyers across Europe. As part of their Onboarding Support Team, you will be the first point of contact for new buyers, ensuring they receive the necessary training and guidance to confidently make purchases.
