Position Overview
Responsibilities - Manage supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply and performance
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in SAP
- Monitor open orders and resolve delivery exceptions (late, short, or damaged shipments)
- Maintain inventory levels aligned to targets and business needs
- Analyze demand, supply, and inventory data to support decision-making
- Partner with suppliers on lead times, forecasts, and issue resolution
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and finance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, sales, planning)
- Identify and drive process improvements within procurement and supply chain
- Maintain accurate system data (lead times, pricing, MOQ, etc.)
Qualifications - Experience working in SAP ERP system
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
