• Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules and confirmations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procurement policies.
• Communicate with suppliers for basic inquiries such as quotations lead times and order confirmations.
• Support in maintaining up-to-date supplier records and databases.
