Acts as the primary interface between suppliers, logistics providers, and vessel technical teams to ensure operational readiness and compliance with marine standards.
Ensures adherence to procurement procedures, documentation requirements, and delivery schedules in a high-cost offshore environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute procurement of marine spares, consumables, equipment, and services.
Float RFQs, evaluate quotations, and conduct commercial negotiations.
Issue Purchase Orders in compliance with company procedures.
Monitor supplier progress and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate logistics, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
