Assist with international vendor orders including submission to vendors and entering information into the merchandising system for wholesale and retail divisions
Purchase fabrics for wholesale division
Enter Made-to-Measure orders in computer portal
Assist with facilitation of international shipments including working with US Customs and overseas freight forwarder
Prepare selling, clothing unit spreadsheets and other reports as needed
Verify all order confirmation from vendors, discover and resolve any errors
Assist with handling computer receiving when goods arrive to store
Match invoices to product received and ensure invoices reflect accurate billing terms set up at the time of buying
Assist with administration and submission of other departments and special orders
