The Buyer is responsible for procuring all materials and services related to the day-to-day business and non-GMP operations. This role involves utilizing the NetSuite ERP system to review purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy, generating and issuing purchase orders to selected vendors, and maintaining professional communication with suppliers.
Responsibilities

+ Utilize NetSuite ERP system to review and process purchase requisitions and orders.

+ Ensure timely communication with suppliers to manage deliveries and resolve invoice discrepancies.

+ Collaborate with various departments, including R&D, Technical Operations, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, EH&S, Clinical Operations, Legal, and Commercial, to fulfill purchasing needs.

+ Support departments by communicating supply chain issues that may impact clinical trials.
