General Description: The Purchasing Agent key tasks are Purchase Order Entry to support the Supply Chain Team. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting with inventory management, assisting in process improvement between departments, follow-up to the Purchase orders entry, confirm that orders have been received, assisting with reports and analysis. Specific Tasks: - Purchase Order Entry - Ensuring Vendor Open PO report has accurate due dates - Following up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery Microsoft Windows: Outlook, Word, and Excel (mandatory) - Additionally, this training and role are designed for the organization's growth.
