Responsibilities
Act as the dedicated point of contact for each guest, anticipating and fulfilling their individualized needs. Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, food & beverage, and spa teams to manage all aspects of the guest journey, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences.
Qualifications
- Passionate about delivering exceptional, personalized service in a luxury environment.
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, private residence, or butler service role preferred.
- Strong communication skills, warm, professional, and discreet.
- Highly detail‑oriented and proactive in anticipating guest needs.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple requests seamlessly.
- Confident in handling guest requests such as dining reservations, special occasions, unpacking/packing, and bespoke experiences.
- Collaborative team player who works closely with multiple departments.
